Open up Microsoft Outlook, click on tools, then email accounts,
This box below will appear. Click on image below for instructions.

then click on your email account to highlight it.
Then click on "Change" (on the right hand side)

This box below will appear-check the POP3 option & click next

After clicking next This box below will appear
The only thing to do here differently is to check the "More Settings" box

After checking the Settings option This box below will appear
Check the two boxes shown below.
